Floraltry is an online-only e-commerce direct to consumer farm fresh flowers. We ship with national carries like FedEx and UPS. You can choose your delivery date at checkout.

We take all our orders for delivery online and ship from our floral design fulfillment locations.

Flower Care

Trim stems at a 45-degree angle, refresh water every 2 days, display away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and remove any foliage below the waterline. Use the included flower food for optimal longevity and vibrant blooms.

With proper care, most fresh flower arrangements stay beautiful for 5-7 days. Hardy varieties like carnations and alstroemeria can flourish for up to 2 weeks, giving you extended enjoyment.

Cut flowers aren't suitable for replanting. However, FLORALTRY offers gorgeous potted plant options that can be transplanted outdoors or enjoyed as long-lasting houseplants.

Please note that our images are professionally styled for presentation. Note that your bouquet is intentionally packed compact to protect delicate blooms during shipping. If any stems appear slightly droopy upon arrival, don't worry—they'll perk up and expand beautifully once hydrated. With a little fluffing and arranging, your FLORALTRY bouquet will reach its full, gorgeous potential within hours.

Because we work with fresh, seasonal blooms, you may notice beautiful natural variations in color intensity (due to varying sunshine and rainfall levels in growing locations) and stem substitutions (to ensure freshness and seasonal availability).

Fresh flowers travel dry to maintain stem health and prevent bacterial growth during transit—but they're ready for a long drink once they reach your door.

Unboxing & Care Instructions

  • Unbox immediately: Remove your flowers from packaging as soon as they arrive
  • Trim stems: Cut each stem at a 45-degree angle to promote water absorption
  • Hydrate right away: Place your arrangement in fresh, cool water immediately
  • Allow time to bloom: Within a few hours, your flowers will begin drinking water and opening up

Issues With Order

We guarantee the freshness and quality of every arrangement. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right—replacement or refund.

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Contact our team immediately to make any changes to your flower delivery.

Contact FLORALTRY immediately with photos of any damaged arrangement. We'll send a fresh replacement at no charge or process a full refund—your satisfaction is our priority.

IMPORTANT:
Changes can only be made while your order is in "Order Received" status.

Once your arrangement enters fulfillment, modifications are no longer possible. Need help checking your order status? Contact our team for assistance.

Two Ways to Request Order Changes:

Option 1: Contact Us Online

  • Provide your full name and email address
  • Select "Order Updates" or "Delivery Changes" as your inquiry type
  • Include your order number and specify your requested changes (new delivery date, updated message, or recipient information)
  • Please note: For next-day deliveries, change requests must be submitted before 2pm EST
  • Shipping orders: Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday only
  • Our FLORALTRY team will confirm your updated delivery details within 24 hours

Option 2: Email Our Care Team

  • Send an email to care@mail.floraltry.com with a clear subject line describing your request
  • Include your order number and all requested changes in the email body
  • Specify your preferred new delivery date if applicable
  • You'll receive confirmation from our team within 24 hours

Need immediate assistance? Contact FLORALTRY customer care for time-sensitive delivery changes or special requests.

All orders are final and non-refundable, with the exception of damage or quality concerns reported within 72 hours of delivery—or within 5 days for peony arrangements.

If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the arrangement. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Please note that prepaid and gift subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased, and we are unable to accommodate product exchanges.
